We offer a competitively priced food safety management consultancy service and are able to support you to create and implement a robust food safety management system that suits your specific needs or help to make sure you are compliant with the food safety legislation and EHO requirements to make sure you are awarded a good food hygiene rating or help you to put procedures in place to get back your number 5 food hygiene rating if you have lost it. We are the home of the Safely Proven food safety management system which is a food safety management system that has been created by us which is mainly computer based. By drawing on practical experience and knowledge gained over many years in the food sector. If you feel going computerised is not for you - don't worry we also have a paperwork version to suit you.
2024 - we have hit over 170 food producers using the Safely Proven FSMS successfully.
Safely Proven is a low cost (£80 one-off cost), high impact food safety management system which is specially designed for the farming and food industries and will suit all businesses from farm to fork and includes remote support to help you implement it.
With the Codex 7 principals of HACCP at its base it incorporates many years of experience and best practice along with being developed by an international food safety management lead auditor professional. (ISO22000)
Safely Proven will fit into any food or drink business as a stand alone system or to enhance the FSA Safer Food Better Business and give you confidence with due diligence.

SAFELY PROVEN 'Health check' audit service
We are offering the option to sign up to our Safely Proven health check which is a desktop audit of your completed records. This service is being offered following feedback from current clients who expressed the wish to feel more confident that they are doing the right thing and on the right track to help protect themselves between visits from EHO / DHI / FSA
These desk top audits are managed by us and are carried out at six month intervals so you don't need to worry we will make you aware when they are due. The 'health check' will make sure that are always audit ready and in the best position to prove due diligence should the case arise.
The cost of this is £80 per year (payable up front) if you want to take part in this please contact Sue in the usual way.
RSPH Food Safety & HACCP Training Centre
Jurassic Coast Food Safety has been an accredited RSPH (Royal Society of Public Health) centre since 2006 and offer food safety level 2, 3 & 4 training along with HACCP level 2 - 4 training. We have over 25 years experience of providing food safety training and support both in the UK and overseas.

Our most popular course is a 3 day one that offers the opportunity to gain RSPH certified food safety for supervisors and managers at level 3 along with HACCP level 2. We also offer 1 day courses for food safety level 2, HACCP level 2 and allergen control level 2. We also offer RSPH Level 3 and 4 HACCP and RSPH Level 4 Food Safety
(If you wish to attend the 3 day course but do not live within travelling distance we can recommend accommodation.)
